Learning Objectives for the Weeks: March 27 - April  7th

Language Arts:


Focus:  Students will understand, make inferences and draw conclusions about the structure and elements of poetry and provide evidence from the text to support their understanding.

Read 20 minutes each night and record on reading log.


Focus: Seeing with Poets’ Eyes - describing objects not with regular words, but through a poet’s eye

Social Studies:

Geography - Goods & Services

Focus: Economics. The student understands the concept of the free enterprise system.
